RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Bougie Bar, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after the 30-day return period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.

  • Be returned in the original packaging, when possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories, jewelry, and hair accessories

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, undergarments, and intimate apparel

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners or signs of wear

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped;

  • The item arrived damaged; or

  • The item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Bougie Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund, subject to this policy.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion based on product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment or may receive a refund minus original shipping costs.
