Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping, tracking and delivery for your Bougie Bar order.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During holidays, promotional events, new releases or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always work to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Estimated Delivery
After processing, estimated shipping times are:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 10–20 business days
International: 10–30 business days
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Your Order May Arrive Separately
A little heads-up: your Bougie Bar order may make more than one entrance.
We work with multiple fulfillment partners, which means items within the same order may be shipped from different locations.
If this happens, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You may also receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
There is no additional shipping charge simply because your order is divided into multiple packages.
Tracking Your Order
Once tracking information becomes available, we'll send it to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update its tracking information. In some cases, tracking may not show movement immediately after a shipping notification is received.
If your order contains multiple shipments, each package may have its own tracking number.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to update your information if your order has not yet been processed. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
The Bougie Bar is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted at checkout.
Delayed Packages
Occasionally, a package may experience a delay while in transit.
Tracking updates can also pause temporarily between carrier scans, particularly while packages are moving between facilities.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you with the next steps.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:
Checking around the delivery location and any secure areas where the carrier may have left the package.
Confirming the shipping address on your order.
Checking with members of your household, neighbors, front desk, mailroom or property management when applicable.
Contacting the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll help determine the appropriate next steps.
International Orders
International delivery times can vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Orders shipped internationally may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
